Zenda — trip planning for bikepacking crews

The problem

Planning a multi-day bikepacking trip with a crew means scattered spreadsheets, chat threads and maps — and family back home never knows where anyone is.

What I built

A mobile-first app where the whole crew plans the route together on one shared map: days, stops, water and beds on the road. A single shareable link keeps family, friends and hosts in the loop.
