Camila Mosa

Hi, I'm Camila.

I started as a technical English–Spanish translator, connecting Latin American customers with English-speaking engineers. From there I moved into customer support and success roles, and then into operations — where I now design the systems behind how teams work.

I've never really stopped translating — now it's between what a business needs and what its systems actually do.

Experience highlights

Operations Manager — built the automation layer behind contracts, onboarding and lead management

Operations Specialist — employee onboarding/offboarding, ISO 27001 processes and SOPs

8+ years remote across six countries

How I work

Process first, tools second.

Automating a messy process just makes the mess faster.

No silent failures.

Every flow I build has error handling and alerts from day one.

Built to be owned by your team.

Documented and simple enough that you don't depend on me.

What people I've worked with say

"Camila is a brilliant individual, very committed and focussed on delivering. She played an instrumental role in Cogo achieving the ISO27001 and as an Operations specialist never dropped a ball, giving real confidence to Cogo in our ability to deliver as a business. Not to mention, she super collaborative and open, always goes above and beyond for the team and ultimately is great fun to work with."

The way she brings her customer support background into an operations setting is an asset to any company. I'd choose to work with Camila again in a heartbeat."
