The problem
Onboarding a new client took around two days of manual work: copying their details into the CRM, creating the deal, letting the team know, and sending a welcome email — each step done by hand, each one easy to forget.
What I built
A dynamic onboarding form built with Zapier Interfaces. One submission saves the client's data into the CRM, creates a deal, sends Slack notifications to the team, and triggers a welcome email — all in one flow.
